In the Elixir Group Business System, we respect the privacy and security of our users, customers, suppliers and investors, as well as their representatives, in connection with all the products and services we offer.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data for website visitors in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection ( (“Official Gazette of RS”, no: 87/18, hereinafter referred to as “LPDP”). In connection with the performance of our activities, we also apply the provisions of other laws that regulate activities, i.e. communications aimed at promoting goods, services or the business reputation of legal entities, e.g. Law on Electronic Commerce (“Official Gazette of RS”, no. 41/2009, 95/2013, 52/2019).

We inform you about the information we collect from you when you send us an inquiry by filling out the contact form found on the website of the domain for the purpose of information, establishment of business cooperation or potential employment. By collecting this information, we act as a personal data Controller in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 87/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as ePrivacy Directive.

Who are we?

We are a business system that is continuously developing in the field of chemical industry and agribusiness, through numerous projects dedicated to sustainable development, application of the circular economy model and improvement of resource efficiency. What is personal data?

„Personal data” is any data related to a natural person, which is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, such as the name and social security number, location data, or other features of his/her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural and social identity.

What personal data do we collect?

The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data, in the sense of Article 12 of the LPDP, can be: the consent of the person to whom the data refer for one or more purposes (Article 12 paragraph 1), necessary processing for a contract or preliminary contract (Article 12 paragraph 1 ) or for compliance with the legal obligations of the Controller (Article 12 paragraph 3), as well as the performance of work in the public interest or the execution of legally prescribed authorizations or the legitimate interests of the Controller (Article 12 paragraph 5 and 6, unless the interests of those persons prevail or the case involves minors); for more detailed information, see the terms of the Law.

The Business System website does not collect information about your personal identity, except for the purposes of information, establishment of business cooperation and potential employment at your request, which you sent by filling out the contact form on one of the pages on the domain The pages on the website provide general information about the Business System, our products, solutions and services, employment opportunities and provide complete information for investors.

On the website of the Business System, data is recorded during each access to the pages about the IP address, the domain name from which the page was accessed, the page accessed, the date, time and place of access, as well as other data from Google Analytics that are part of regular statistical reports. This data is anonymized and we use it exclusively to measure the frequency of visits to the website, individual internet pages and to improve the content.

There is no user registration on the website.

Data that is collected through contact forms or is part of the document that you have attached to us, will be used by the Business System for the purpose of preparing and informing the user about the offer of a certain product/service, arranging a meeting with the user regarding that offer, arranging further procedures regarding potential employment at the request of the user and sending responses to user inquiries, within the time period required to achieve the purpose. The Business System will not transfer data collected in this way to third parties.

We may also collect your data in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the Business System, unless these interests are outweighed by yours or the interests of basic rights and freedoms. By legitimate interests, we mean first of all: to contact you in the event of a claim, complaint, to send a response to your request or inquiry, to improve the quality of our services and customer support.

Right of access

The person to whom the data refers has the right to request information on whether the Business System processes his/her personal data, and if it does, he/she has the right to access the collected personal data, the right to be informed about the purpose of the processing, the type of personal data that are processed, about the recipient or recipients to whom the data has been disclosed or will be disclosed to them, about the expected retention period or the criteria for determining the same, about the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing and the right to object, about the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner, about available data on the source of the information when it was not collected from the person to whom the information refers, as well as whether there is automated decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Article 38, paragraphs 1 and 4 of this Law (Article 26 of the LPDP).

Right to correction and amendment

The person to whom the data refers has the right to have his inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Depending on the purpose of the processing, the person to whom the data relates has the right to supplement his/her incomplete personal data, which includes providing an additional statement (Article 29 of the LPDP).

The right to delete personal data

The person to whom the data refers has the right to have his personal data deleted if the conditions from Article 30 of the LPDP are met.

Right to restriction of processing

The person to whom the data refers has the right to have the processing of his/her personal data restricted if one of the conditions provided for in Article 31 paragraph 1 of the LPDP is met (inaccurate data, illegal processing, data no longer needed, legal grounds objection).

Right to data portability

The person to whom the data refers has the right to receive his/her personal data, which he/she previously provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable form and has the right to transfer this data to another controller, without interference from the controller of the Business System to which such data was delivered, if the conditions prescribed by Article 36 of the LPDP are cumulatively met (consent, contract, automated processing except for exceptions; for more details, see the terms of the Law) or that such data is directly transferred to another collector, if this is technically feasible.

Automated decision-making and profiling

Automated decision-making refers to a situation where a decision is made entirely without human involvement. Automatically collected and processed data concerning a specific person, his/her habits, preferences and behavior on the Internet, constitute “profiling”. The person to whom the data refers has the right not to apply to him/her a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, if that decision produces legal consequences for that person or that decision significantly affects his/her position (except for the exceptions specified in Article 38 of the LPDP: necessary decision, legally legitimate interest, consent; for details, see conditions of the Law).
